Additional Services:
Pre-purchase Inspections for prospective buyers
This represents the majority of our work. This type of inspection typically takes between 3 and 4 hours to complete. After completion, a report binder is printed on site for the client, followed by a summary presentation and walk-through.
Pre-Listing inspections for buyers
Similar to a pre-purchase inspection, but performed for the vendor. This allows the vendor to provide a summary sheet of the inspection results to prospective buyers, and ultimately the full report, walk-through and contractual agreement to the eventual purchaser.
Warranty Inspections (11th month inspections)
This inspection includes an itemized list of repairs/warranty items that can then be provided to the builder or warrantor for further action.
Follow-up re-inspection
Items observed during a previous inspection which have been repaired often need to be verified functional – this inspection focuses on these items, so that all parties can then agree on successful completion.
